Booking the taxis on line was very easy and happy with the email updates as well as texts the day before.
However I did get asked to pay for the 2 car seats for kids which is fine but only one was provided on way back, not on way out.
Also when I booked online I booked a big coach, as there was 16 of us with 3/4 cases each and 2 strollers. The coach fitted 20 so this would give us extra space. This was not available so they provided us 2 buses 8 seaters each. Still hard for the cases etc to fit, more so on way back, not sure why! Thank god we had another party with us to take an extra case. Overall good service just if we asked for big coach and booked then really should be provided for big party’s or take of the website if can’t for certain areas etc.

Booking was incredibly easy and the website was easy to use compared to other taxi booking services I found in Lanzarote. I would have liked a confirmation text they were on the way on the day of, however the driver came on time and confirmed my name before the journey. All in all a great service and would use again.

First class service. Driver waiting at arrivals hall helped us take luggage to the luxury van. Provided a bottle of water for adults and children was much appreciated as we had been hit with a wall of heat coming of plane

While the service was very good the pick up instructions where a bit unclear for someone who doesn't know the airport( eg) say there are two shops of the same name.

Driver was waiting for us when we arrived and he was holding a tablet with my name on it so easy to spot.
The taxi was lovely, clean and very comfortable.
I must say massive thank you to our driver as I left my phone in the car after we were dropped at our hotel. I called the company to report this and while I was speaking to them the driver turned up at the door with my phone in his hand, absolutely delighted with the man’s honesty.

You don’t need anything from airport transport other than being punctuate, smooth and effortless which was all there. Driver arrived 10 minutes before time , waiting patiently for us, helped load luggage in the car, nice new clean car , good AC, very safe and smooth driving, professional driver, we arrived in perfect timing, unload in a convenient spot in-front of the terminal entrance. What else would we need!!
