Cancelled our booking without notice and never answered the phone

We booked and paid in advance for an airport transfer for my family, including two elderly relatives (72 and 78 years old) and a disabled family member.

Our flight was delayed and we called the emergency number listed in their terms well in advance (18:46h). We got an automated message saying the office was closed and to call another number. That number redirected us to a third one, where they confirmed the booking again after we gave them the flight details.

When we landed (23:30h), we were told the booking had been cancelled and to call another number for a new one. Nobody ever answered that number.

Their own terms state an emergency phone line and a maximum 1-hour waiting time. Neither was honoured. We had to pay for a taxi ourselves late at night.

The phone number on the invoice doesn’t answer either. There’s no way to reach this company when something goes wrong — the only thing they were quick to do was confirm the €180 payment.

If you’re travelling with elderly relatives or anyone needing special assistance and relying on this service as a guarantee, be aware this can happen. We won’t be booking with them again.

This company scammed our family with a classic bait and switch. We had an early morning flight arrival in Accra with our two young children so we paid a premium to have a dedicated driver who would meet us in the arrival hall - with a comfortable vehicle guaranteed to fit us and our luggage. When we arrived we waited 30 minutes, which happens, but we were met by someone who wasn't our dedicated driver. That's fine too, but after a walk to a car park, we discovered it was nothing more than a Bolt/Uber. The driver spent another 5-10 minutes trying to jam in our luggage because the car was not appropriate or what we ordered. If it wasn't so early in the morning, and we weren't with our children, or led on a walk to a car park with all our luggage in an unfamaliar place, we'd have refused. Spare yourself the expense and poor service and book elsewhere. Being scammed to kick off a holiday wasn't very nice and people should expect better.

Very prompt and a great service overall, but we paid for a booster seat both ways but there wasn't one in the car for the arrival trip. It was present for the departure trip though. Great communication for the arrival but zero for departure. Although the car was there as expected

Efficient service, clean modern vehicles, friendly and helpful drivers, and a useful designated pickup point at the airport. The booking form is not entirely clear about whether luggage is included or has to be booked as an extra, but it is the former, no need to add cases unless there is more than one per person. Cost is a bit more than taking a cab from the rank, but it’s worth it for the convenience, particularly on the return journey to the airport.

Only booked the night before for a transfer from Faro. Great communication, on time, polite and safe driving.

Super smooth service all around. From booking to instructions and even having to use emergency no when we couldn’t find the driver. It all worked brilliantly. The driver was there but our plane had been delayed and our sports baggage didn’t arrive so there was an understandable confusion. Super polite and helpful driver too. Definitely recommend and I will use again.

We booked Airports Taxi Transfers for our airport transfers in Montenegro for a group of 15 and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Everything was absolutely spot on - the drivers were punctual, friendly and professional, the vehicles were lovely and extremely comfortable, and they managed to fit all 15 of us and our luggage in with ease!

Communication was excellent throughout and having such a reliable and trustworthy company took all the stress out of getting to and from the airport. They were there exactly when they said they would be, which made such a difference when travelling with a large group.

We would definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone travelling in Montenegro. Brilliant service from start to finish - thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We where late landing so had to wait 25 minutes,driver picked us up friendly enough and straight to hotel,to start our holiday, the return journey picked up on the dot and again back to airport would definitely recommend this service if your like me and don’t like to wait about this is for you.

The pickup from the airport was great and without fault but the return trip was very poor. First the pick up time was incorrect and we had trouble getting it changed due to an AI system. Then the driver drove at extreme speed - 30km over the speed limit, all while fidgeting and answering phone calls. The actual car seemed to have an issue with its rear axel and shock at the speed. We were honestly scared for our lives as the slightest wrong movement and we could have had a terrible accident. He told us he had had a call to say another driver needed him at the airport and he needed to drive extra fast. While this may have been true, we needed him to get us there in a safe fashion. He apologised but it just was not good enough

My only slight concern was that I chose a pick up private taxi as I wasn’t sure I had any mobile phone access .
Your emails all said he’d be waiting with a card inside .
I wasn’t until I landed that this changed .
He then sent photos on WhatsApp to say he was outside and we had to communicate on phone then .
