Excellent Service. 1st Class

DHL arrived to collect my suitcase. 2hrs early but it was ready for collection. Arrived the following morning 8hrs earlier than expected. Excellent service and very professional. Paid quiet a bit more than other company I have used but it was worth it listening to my family when they opened the suitcase. Will use them again in future.

more than one week to get my bags

They use dhl, I discovered it the day of the pick up so better call dhl directly and save money. I had 4 bags to ship, two arrive on time (after 2 days with standard shipping) 2 are still missing as I write and it’s been one week now. One of the bag got stuck at the custom as they said I put liquids in it, but I didn’t do that. Now after attempting to retrieve this bag and the other one I still don’t know why they are not being delivered. I leave for a working trip tonight, imagine my deep frustration. I want a refund for all the trouble, also because it’s me contacting dhl the push for an answer.

Unfortunately 2 out of the 4 suitcases had aerosols which meant we couldn't process them until these had been removed, hence they were stopped for 2 days.

The other 2 were delivered on time as agreed.

All of our customers are aware, like when you travel by aeroplane, that aerosols are prohibited.

We do find this review unfair as we made it very clear in the email we sent you that no aerosols are allowed.

Would NEVER use the company again

Would NEVER use the company again. It cost me a fortune to get my luggage shipped with them and it took 3 weeks to get to me....plus I had to do ALL the running back and forth to the airport and make all the calls while the owner JOHN sat back in Scotland and did nothing. Plus each piece that arrived was destroyed......and the £ return for the destroyed luggage from Air Luggage was a joke......PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Its cheaper to go to DHL or FEDEX and do it yourself.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. We would like to highlight that out of the 16 pieces of luggage you sent only two were damaged and you were substantially compensated for this. This is the first time this has happened.
Only 1 bag out of 16 was delayed, but it wasn't delayed by 3 weeks, it was 5 days.
On top of this we provided a first class service by giving you a shortened window, on call 24/7, several updates per day before collection and personal direct contact with our manager. We couldn't have done more. Plus the compensation you received.
We are sorry and hope you can use us again.

A really great customer service experience

A really great customer service experience from start to finish. They definitely went the extra mile for me but I’ve a feeling that’s just how they are. I’d definitely use this company again and recommend it to anyone looking for this kind of service.

Case arrived a day early! Very slick service

I got my case sent from Brussels to Glasgow and it arrived in double-quick time. Texts received to keep me in close contact and I checked the tracking on the website just to satisfy my curiosity...great to see my case arrive a day earlier than my flight! Thank you so much Airoluggage, will use you guys again when I go to Poland in a few months! :)

Absolute fantastic service

Absolute fantastic service! Personal service, I could not recommend AiroLuggage and John enough. Fast and Hassle-free delivery all the way to Ethiopia! We will definitely be recommending it to my family and using it again in the future if needed!

Absolutely brilliant service

Absolutely brilliant service. Boxes and cases picked up from London on Tuesday at the time agreed, arrived in Amsterdam on Thursday early. Very good customer service and positive experience all round.

Amazing Customer Service

Really excellent level of customer service. We needed our luggage to be delivered on a specific day and they were really helpful in securing this for us. Then when my flight was delayed John from Aeroluggage got in touch with DHL for me to ensure an afternoon delivery. Stress free way of moving country :)

I have written my fist review last week before I had the chance to open the parcels
The company were good in timing but the were of keen to deliver this safely.
I have put a sign of FRAGILE on all boxes but when I opened the boxes many things were broken

We do make it clear that items should be wrapped and packaged appropriately. As well as placing a fragile sticker we make it clear in our terms and conditions items must be packed with plenty of layers of protection especially if you are sending glass and plates.

At first i had my doughts regarding…

At first I had doughts regarding this company's credibility since I've never used them or had such a request,but after giving it a try and booking luggage online through there website which was shipping from overseas to the US, my perception changed dramatically. I was amazed how straight forward and quick i received my shipment just as promised. I would definitely use this service again and recommend anyone to use AiroLuggage for future services. Thanks again for painless, smooth sailing transaction.

I wish I'd thought of this years ago

As senior citizens we were finding it hard work dealing with our luggage when on holiday so we decided to try sending it by carrier. That was definitely one of our best decisions. AiroLuggage collected our cases from home and delivered it to our hotel in Rome then brought it home after our holiday. They let us know when they were collecting it and when it would be delivered and kept us updated on its progress. This meant we bypassed luggage dropoff queues and waiting at carouselles making going through airports a dawdle. It's more expensive than paying airline luggage charges but for the difference it's well worth it so we'll be using this service on all future holidays. Thanks to John Catterson for his prompt responses to our queries
