I am very disappointed with the AGS services. They did not provide any services. I emailed them many times, but never responded to my inquiry. It was shipped in July 2021 and has not yet received the goods.

Very poor service from beginning till…
Very poor service from beginning till now.
On the 15th June i filled up a request for a qoute to move from St Maarten (caribbean) to Ireland.
On 07 July i got an answer and filled up all the papers as requested.
I asked for a 20Ft container, but (and i noticed that later) got quoted for 20CBM,(9378 US$) Which let to an extra invoice of 1875 US$. with no clear explanation why
Be aware quote was given with out anybody visiting our house to do an estimate.
After about 10 mails, insurrance, lists with goods etc. we came to an appointment to pack and load on the 26th and 27th of July.
3 guys came to pack everything and they did a great job as far as i could see, issue was that our furniture has 3 heavy items and the guys could barely lift them. They were complaining about the whole work situation and that the manager never shows his face on the projects.
Instead of putting the container in front of the house, the guys had to drive 4 times from my place to the warehouse, meaning that the had to load the truck, unload the truck and few days later put everything in the container, not the most efficient way of working and bigger chance on lost/ damage.
On the 10th of August the container was loaded on a ship and should arrive in Dublin on the 8th of September.
As i got my track and trace number around the 10th of August after 3 reminders from my side, i could see that 8th of September was scheduled for Rotterdam and not Dublin.
Again a mail to the manager in St Maarten and he re-asured me that shipment would arrive in Dublin the 8th of September,
Few days go by and i see on the 17th of August the container was discharged in Le Havre France.
Again a mail for clarification and it appeared that no ships were going to Rotterdam till 20th of August.
Then after again my initiative for information i was told it will arrive 20th of September in Dublin, 2 days later it was the 23rd of September, then 26th of September, then 6th of October and today it changed again till the 14th of October.
Update 12 October: after an other postponement to the 20th, it was followed by 24 th and todat it will be 28th of October.
It seems AGS does not pay CMA CGM and that is why container is not loaded (info customer service CMA CGM)
Mrgoodmove (customer service team) is no exception on that. When I asked them the whereabouts of my container they just replied:"POA is Dublin, shipping company is responsible for time of arrival." Very disappointing that customer service cannot do more then check the track and trace app.
I will keep updating the post as we go, but my advise is not to do business with AGS as they are totally not capable of international moving's.
Don’t use them ! It takes forever !
We moved from Hong Kong to Seattle and it has been nearly 8 months and our shipment is still nowhere to be seen. I know the shipment is here in the US but when I called the local delivery service up, they can’t even give me a ETA. I don’t know what the hell is going on, 8 freaking months ! 8 freaking months ! I can go around the world in 60 days !
I want to give zero star, but i dun see there is a option. Think twice before picking them !

I did not recommend at all this company : our moving was estimated around $9000 and they now are asking for $3600 extra fees to pay to Excargo... No way to clearly understand this last minute amount despite of a lot of emails asking for it. We have to pay before getting our belongings. So disappointed by having chosen them.

I just moved all of my households…
We just moved all of our households goods, including a very expensive car from Calgary Canada to Alicante Spain in a 40” personal container.
In Canada we used Europack and in Spain the agent who took care of everything was AGS.
I am very pleased with both of the moving companies. Europack did a very nice job in loading and securing everything in the container and AGS, the Spanish agent who took care of everything here in Spain once the container arrived in Valencia. (customs & duty clearance, storage, local transportation and registration of my car)
They are also registering my Canadian vehicle here in Spain.
Silvia Gonsalves and Adrian Goicea from AGS, were very helpful, professional, nice and both speak English very well.
At the end all of our belongings arrived safe at our new house here in Javea, Alicante.The car arrived in mint condition as well.
After passing the customs without any problems, we went to their warehouse in Valencia to check on our stuff. At the warehouse we met Raul who was very nice also and showed us everything we wanted to see.
I am very pleased and had a very good experience with AGS, therefore I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in relocating to Spain or doing any other kind of imports. For me it was a 5 star ⭐️ experience!

Worst experience I've ever had
My experience with moving our belongings from Dakar, Senegal to Ireland with AGS has been the worst experience of my life (and they were up against some pretty good competition in that area).
To date, they have had our belongings since 18th December 2020...today's date is 4th June 2021. This week is the first time I've managed to get them to state the actual current location of our belongings (which is currently in port in Mauritania...which is one country north of Senegal).
The story so far:
Our belongings were packed up on 18th December 2020. The first communication I had from AGS was that the ship that was supposed to dock in Dakar to collect our belongings on 19th January would not be docking until 26th January. At this time, I was asked to complete documents regarding item values and provide documents for proof of residence, etc.
I heard nothing from AGS after that, so I emailed them on 3rd March to ask for updates. I got a response the same day saying that they would check and get back to me. By 9th March I heard nothing, so I emailed again. On 11th of March I was informed that the container was at the port of Tanger and that arrival date in Ireland would be 30th March.
On 31st March, I was informed that, as a result of the blockage of the Suez canal, the shipment had been delayed and that I would receive an update by the end of that week.
After this, there was no communication again from AGS, so I emailed them on 20th April to ask for updates. On 21st April I was told that, due to congestion, our new arrival date would be 10th May. I replied, on that same day, to indicate that this would cause problems because of import duty requirements in Ireland regarding length of time between taking up residence and importing personal belongings. A response from AGS on that same day said that they would look into that situation and get back to me.
After that I heard nothing from AGS. So, on 10th May (the day our belongings were to arrive in Ireland), I emailed to ask for updates. I received no response.
On 11th May I started a complaints process with AGS.
On 14th May, I received an email asking for all of the documents that were asked for back in January, that I had already provided, and told that the new arrival date would be 30th May. I was also asked to refill in a form, reducing the value of our belongings. In this same email, I was provided with a screenshot of Hapag-Lloyd's ships names and voyage numbers. Upon checking these online, I saw that our belongings hadn't even boarded a ship in Dakar until the first week of May (calling into question the information regarding ships docking in January and the location of the container being Tanger in March) and currently only docked in Mauritania.
On 18th May, I was informed by the person I was communicating with regarding the complaint that they were "processing your file".
On 27th May, I was sent another email from the person dealing with my complaint that they were still "processing your file". At that point (3 weeks after the complaint was made) I asked what it was they were actually processing that would take so long. I had a same day response that requested the same documents, for a third time, that I had provided before.
In response to that email, I decided to start asking the direct question "where are my belongings currently located?"...this question was not answered. However, the response to the question was to ask for the same documents (for the 4th time) and to re-request the lowering of the value of our belongings. At this stage, I refused to re-value our belongings, worried that they would claim that value was correct if I needed to make an insurance claim.
On 31st May (the day after our most recent predicted arrival date) I had an email from AGS saying that there were further delays and that they would get back to me. Once again, I asked the exact location of our belongings and had the first clear statement that they were on the ship docked in Mauritania.
On 2nd June, the person dealing with my complaint asked AGS if there was an update on the status of the shipment. The response was that the new arrival date would be 22nd June.
It is now 4th June 2021, and I have yet to have any faith that our belongings will actually arrive.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
