Return but with full refund!

Yes there was a delay but we were kept advised throughout! The pillows were good quality but did not suit specific requirements so were returned. A full refund was in our account the next day and lots of communication regarding options. Customer service was excellent.

Appears to be a genuine seller. Had an issue with the product which was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the customer service team who were contactable and replied to emails!! Return payment was made quickly. Only issue was the offer of the same product at a lower price after we made the initial purchase which was annoying!!

Pillows uncomfortable returns difficult

Pillows extremely uncomfortable and heavy. Despite the website statements returns are not straight forward. Multiple emails asking questions and a demand for a video of the pillows!

They then reach for emotional blackmail because they have failed to produce a product that can be recycled.

Further to the reply below. You have done nothing to help further. Since I said I just want to return them I have heard nothing, yet Aeyla responded to this review!

Dubious fluff

They have a business model that is obviously successful. I ordered last year and received an out of stock message so cancelled through frustration. Had another go three weeks ago and same old story. Been told I'll get something come May 8 perhaps. I'll wait now as my neck is killing so the pillows had better be good. However, it's dubious practice. If they were up front about delivery they'd get fewer orders of course. They certainly push the marketing message but its a a bit hollow. Fingers crossed they come up with the goods.

I can't recommend the pillow nor the company

I had one of my worst online shopping experiences with this company when I purchased a pillow and pillowcase.

First, delivery took three weeks, which was already disappointing. When the pillow finally arrived, it turned out to be completely unsuitable — it feels soft in your hands, but as soon as you lie on it, it goes completely flat and offers no support.

I decided to return both the pillow and the pillowcase (which also didn’t meet expectations, as it contains only a small percentage of bamboo). The returns process was unnecessarily difficult. Despite advertising a 30 night home trial, they initially refused a full refund simply because I 'trialled' the pillow and pillowcase — which makes no sense, as you can’t “trial” a product without opening it.

After pushing back, they agreed to the return, but the process remained overly complicated. I carefully packed both items in the original box I received the pillow and pillowcase with, and took photos before sending it.

A week after they received the return, I hadn’t heard anything, so I contacted them. They told me they received the pillowcase, which they refunded, but claimed they had not received the pillow — despite both items being in the same clearly large box (which I had photographic evidence of). Only after further complaints and sending proof did they finally issue the refund for the pillow — without any apology.

Overall, poor product quality and an extremely frustrating returns process. I would not recommend this company.

Customer service is very good but ……

Customer service is outstanding
I was not keen on the pillows I bought as I found them too light and airy
I told Aeyla and they offered a full or partial refund or to send me out different pillows which are firmer
I am awaiting these to arrive and am very happy with this level of service

Aeyla advertising is misleading

I ordered four pillows earlier this week after seeing numerous adverts suggesting Aeyla had a warehouse full of pillows ready to go. However, I have now received two emails suggesting that the pillows will not be dispatched before 05 May. After reading the many horror stories on here of people waiting for their orders, I have requested a full and immediate refund.

During this transition, some product page information, including processing timeframes, has not displayed as clearly as it should have.

No more neck pain

I’ve been struggling for many months with severe neck pain, achy shoulders and back ache at night until I purchased my dual pillow from Aeyla, I have to say it’s absolutely wonderful, from the very first night all my pain disappeared and I’m able to get a good night’s sleep now. False claims

Yes they are soft in fact to soft . Yes you do sink into it . Left with head when lying on my side with around 10-20mm of filling from the mattress and ended up with worse neck pain and shoulder pain than when I got the dual pillow . Contacted customer support after two nights sleep and no more .
Update after contacting customer support they have been great and very fair so 10/10 for that. Just the product is not for me sorry
