Ordered 4 alloy dough pans great price and speedy delivery however the order was very poorly wrapped in just a bag that gone ripped open and the pans were damaged. Thankfully Damage was minor and I easy repaired myself.

Avoid this company at all costs.
I ordered something and then they bring me something similar without informing me the other item was not in stock. After sales is a complete waste of time. Still not been resolved.

Product ordered arrived quickly. Well boxed. Instructions told me to use only certain pots and pans, luckily I had some.
This product is excellent. It’s amazing how it heats up so quickly and efficiently. It’s bigger than I expected but it’s great.
My 92 yr Dementia suffering mother is very wary of it at mo, as it’s replacing a broken 2 ring electric rings that was rubbish.

Great selection of racking systems in all prices and uses.
The ones I chose were great value for money and perfectly adequate for the job.
They have a double tongue and slot system which was extremely fiddly to put together and needed to be screwed to the wall before they were firm enough to use. Plenty of patience required!

AVOID, this is a scam company with zero ethics and thought for the customer. They take your money, don’t send the product and when you cancel they keep 20% for nothing. Absolutely abysmal customer service, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Adexa kept £77 of my money and left me with a broken, hazardous appliance.

Delivery was damaged. They issued an unwanted replacement without asking. Then only partially refunded me and refused to collect the damaged item. I have a safety hazard in my home and they have my money. Breach of Consumer Rights Act 2015. Avoid.

PRODUCT DELIVERED DAMAGED AND POORLY MANUFACTURED BUT WE HAD NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO USE IT AS THE EVENT WE BOUGHT IT FOR WAS ONGOING.

Company importing stuff straight from China without any quality control in place. Packages coming to customer with incorrect parts, making assembly impossible.
Customer service next to none, you'll be dealing with AI, asking the same questions over and over again. Product returns impossible, you'll need to stay with what you actually bought. They know that transactions are to small to take legal action, and that's why they keep doing the same thing - Easy money. For your own good - look somewhere else.

Brilliant bit of kit at a brilliant price. Delivery was fast, item was well packaged. Couldn't really fault anything.
