Very unclear when products would be sent and as I am a private customer, buying for my garage, it would have been great if the delivery person had helped to get the units into the garage.

I have used Adexa on and off for the last 5 years setting up different businesses. They are by far the worst business to deal with. Yes they may be cheap but their customer service as completely rubbish. Anytime we have an issue trying to get the item refunded or fixed is impossible. I have just had an electrical bun steamer delivered, and water is leaking out the bottom through the electrics. It has been 3 weeks of me trying to get the item refunded, as obviously it cant be fixed, and still nothing! Go to nisbets or use amazon. Way better

Absolutely horrible service
Absolutely horrible service. Ordered some basic food storage items, the first box arrived damaged but the items were ok. BUT the items weren't what I ordered. Sent them a message, fine- they'll send me the correct items. They did not, they sent more incorrect items. When I flagged this to them yet again, rather than fixing the issue, they refunded the amount. Given that shipping costs from them are WELL above the actual costs, I'm guessing this is so they can get me to order the right items again and pay the very high shipping.
These folks are absolutely horrible and seem incapable of delivering the product you ordered in good condition in a timely manner, if at all.

I came across this full glass front fridge at a very reasonable price. It was delivered within a week and the communication was good. The delivery company called me the day before to confirm the delivery. It was a 9-5 delivery slot, but being a salon I was open those hours anyway. The fridge itself was packaged well and wel protected.
It is very quiet and there is plenty of room for my cold drinks.

Customer service could be improved. I dont believe the customer service advisor was at fault. I was told an item was lost in delivery after receiving a notification from DX stating delivery would be made. I expect a failure with stock levels, distribution and delivery communications.
Overall, I didnt receive the item and wasted a day waiting for the delivery by DX. Customer Service would not be competent with a complicated issue.
I wouldnt order again or recommend this company. I would actually recommend anyone to find another supplier.

Very pleased with all of our Adexa products, it’s worth spending the extra few quid for the higher quality.
Do no use
Do no use - worst company ever! Bought an extractor fan for commercial kitchen - shown assembled on the website with no reference to the fact it didn’t even have a fan and came in pieces…unbelievably when trying to return and sent pictures as requested showing item as received they replied saying the item didn’t look like the one shown on their website - what a joke! Company insistent on 25% restocking charge and postage - criminal! Not in the slightest bit interested in putting things right! Not surprisingly difficult to find on Google maps - one way of avoiding even more terrible reviews!
