Outstanding service
I walked in office having trouble with my mask. Even though they were booked today they took the time to help me switch to one more suited to me. It is like night and day. Went home to a nap and it is great. So kind and helpful. Thank you so much I had not slept for 3 days.

Jon was here right when he said he would be. He was so nice and he explained everything he was doing. He told me that I should call in 18 months to have my filter changed and showed me how to do it myself. He also left me some nasal cannulas so I won’t have to order any for a while.

An excessive amount of phone and internet communication! I'm not well! I don't need Airway and Adapt both calling and leaving messages!

I had a hard time finding the office but once I got there it was all smooth sailing. The instructor was very friendly and helpful with my questions.
Claiming they did not receive my prescription after it was both faxed and emailed
I have been with this company for years, being their customer. First it was a small company, then it started merging with bigger companies. It is a mess! I needed a new medical device. My doctor faxed the prescription. No one told me that it had to include the doctor's signature and some additional information. I found out about it when I called to confirm they received it. So they received it but did not reach to me out about incomplete prescription. OK, my doctor refaxed the prescription adding the missing information. In addition, I emailed the prescription to the email address they provided.. I finally confirmed it was received. After I have not heard anything back in a week, I called to check up on my order. Surprisingly, I was told they do not have the right prescription. After it was refaxed and emailed. I asked for the manager and asked to give me her business email address to that I could send the prescription to her, as opposed to the general email pool that they do not check. She refused to provide me with the email.

Renarta Mack and Geoffrey were terrific! My appointment was in the afternoon but I stopped by earlier in the day as I was in the area. They both took care of me on the spot, answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued client. Kudos to her, and to Geoffrey!
billing department- too many mistakes and life threatening consequences
Their billing department for oxygen concentrator and supplies and ventilator have too often made mistakes in my billing, and when they do, they lock my account and refuse to come service my equipment or provide supplies. I depend on supplemental oxygen to stay alive, so their billing mistakes risk my life. For example, last week when i got home from the hospital, I was struggling to breathe just from the car ride. I to use my concentrator, but it gave out after about 10 minutes. I called for an urgent repair. They said I had not paid my bill in 10 months, so they would not do anything. I knew that was not accurate because I receive an email each time I pay and it says zero balance. It took 4 days to finally get a human on the phone to discuss billing (the outgoing recordings said they were busy helping other callers, so I should call back later). The human looked in to the issue and explained it was a mistake - I had paid and it had been on time. He removed the lock on the account.
Another time, I ran info a similar issue. That time they insisted I had no insurance from Dec 2020 to a date in about 2022. It took them 13 more months to figure out what the problem was. They were billing using the wrong entity — a subsidiary out of California,yet my insurance covered the one out of Texas, where we live.
