We got right to the point of what I…

We got right to the point of what I needed. I answered all her health questions that it's helping me. I feel a lot better since I've been using this. I get really great service from adaptahealth I've also getting oxygen equipment from them now. My respiratory therapist is helpful .. She knows exactly what I need. Can answer all my questions as well. And she also puts up with my dogs lol

The lady who walked up from the back to…

The lady who walked up from the back to greet me was friendly, helpful and professional. Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough job of showing me my new, updated CPAP. I was having issues with my cushion and he educated me on the probable problem. I am excited to use my new machine.

Great customer service skills!

My mom was indecisive about using the CPAP machine so we had a telephone appointment with Angela Schumacher to obtain more clarified information to help ease anxiety. She was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she knowledgeable, she was cool, calm and collected. She was able to answer all of our questions without rushing us or making us feel like we were a burden. That really meant a lot. Thank you Angela!

Eric was extremely helpful

Eric was extremely helpful. He went into details about the product and explained everything. Whenvhe was done I had no questions, he covered it all, and did it very well. I hope that when I need other eqiptment or help it is Eric that comes again.

I went to return my oxygen stuff at…

I went to return my oxygen stuff at adapt which is affiliated with verio. I was greated with the receptionist who was very nice and couldn't find my order so she went directly to her manager. Johnny, to solve the problem. Because my situation was a little complicated they were so professional amazing and came through to the end doing their job complete. Johnny was so amazing!

Poor service, harassing calls and emails

My doc ordered my new CPAP Machine one month ago, and I still won't receive it for another 10 days. When I called after 2 weeks, we were disconnected twice and then I was told they had no record. Eventually they found the record, but said they would call back shortly. Two weeks later they called to arrange delivery in 10 days, but we got disconnected 3 times. What's more, this company hounded me by phone and emails almost EVERY DAY about supplies for my last CPAP machine. I'm telling my doc to connect their patients to another supplier.
