He's very nice and always answers our questions

Jake really made our visit. Super nice and very knowledgeable. He really helped us out. It was a pleasure working with him. Also, when I called the office directly I spoke with (I believe Barbara) and she also was great.
However, when we spoke with representatives on the national line it was very different. Strong foreign accents to the point of being a challenge to understand them and one of them even lied to us. If my only interaction with Adapt was with the national line I wouldn't be a client.
So kudos to the folks in the Springfield office!

He was very nice and helped me with the things he brought me.

I have tried 3 times to get an appointment with the local off. First I went in person and the employee would not help me and told me to request the appointment online. I was not able to do that so I attempted to call. I finally had gotten to a place to leave a message and never received a call back. I am currently on the phone. I have spoken to 6 individuals who continue to transfer to someone else who cannot help me. At this time, I have been waiting in this queue for 40 minutes. I still do not know if they transferred me to someone who can help me. Seems like the company is too big and you just get the run around. Very very frustrating. Thank goodness I don't have an emergent situation.

Kelly took the time to explain and instruct on the different mask I am now trying to use. I appreciate her experience and patience, since this is all new to me. I’ll probably be contacting her moving forward to help me thru this process. Thanks Kelly!!

GIVE 5 STAR. FIRST TIME REFERRED BY MY HEALTH INSURANCE DURNING MY RECOVERY DISCHARGE FROM A SKILL NURNING FACILITY. ADAPTHEALTH DELIVERED EQUIPMENTS COMMODE CHAIR, HOSP BEB, BLOOD PRESSURE MONITOR ADN STANDARD WHEELCHAIR, PRIOR TO MY DISCHARGE. WHEN I WAS DISCHARGE FROM HOME HEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPY, I CONTACTED ADAPTHEALTH TO PICK UP THE EQUIPMENTS. THEY CAME AT THE DATE THEY SCHEDULE FOR PICK UP. GREAT SERVICE, CUSTOMER AND DELIVERY SERVICE. KEEP UP YOUR GOOD WORK....
