Broken website and impossible to notify for Early Conciliation

Absolutely frustrated with the Acas website. I am trying to submit a notification for Early Conciliation before a strict legal deadline (statutory limit), but the site is a complete shambles. Every time I try to access the application form, it loops back to the homepage or 'Contact Us' page.

For an organisation that is supposed to help resolve disputes, having a broken system that prevents workers from hitting their 3-month deadline is unacceptable. You are literally making people lose their right to a Tribunal because of poor IT. Fix your link and your servers.

This was one of the best webinars I have been on in a long time. The speakers were interesting, informative and relatable. I got lots of useful tips and information to take away to assist me in my aim to improve the working environment for all colleagues. Thank you.

I recently attended the ACAS webinar - Reasonable Adjustments: How to Get Them Right. This was an hour long webinar. The content was perfect; with a combination of informative slides and case studies. The presenters were very efficient and everything ran very smoothly and professionally. I look forward to attending my next ACAS webinar soon.

Ok, just bit more basic than anticipated

Whilst the course sounded interesting and like it would be helpful in the workplace, it was too basic.
It always feels really awkward when its explained how a webinar works, how to download handouts, and use online platform, as businesses use these platforms every day.

I have previously attended a similar training for people with disabilities however this is more personalised to staffing or employee which i found very informative and supportive to our staff and organisation as a whole

Very well presented information…

Very well presented information provided by ACAS on a webinar for Reasonable Adjustments: How to get them right. Very much aimed towards the employers and would be nice to have something similar for employees to attend, Im not sure if this is already available or not.

Unhelpful helpline, and unadvisory advisors!

When calling the helpline on 0300 123 1100, they wait 10 minutes before the automated response says that any enquiries regarding Early Conciliation/Employment Tribunals won't be heard, and people should hang up. A dreadful, unclear statement which sums up the fundamentally unhelpful experience. The first time I called, the advisor said he coudln't provide any advice. Imagine that. Very absurd. Clearly just a competency exercise for DBT. You might as well just contact your union or get a private solicitor, unless you have time to waste.
