I contacted Abode for spare parts for my kitchen tap which was under warranty. I was asked the usual questions regarding my details and without any fuss or lengthy conversation, I was sent the spare parts without any quibble.

I cannot fault ProBoil’s customer service.
Following a power interruption, my ProBoil unit went into fault. While it was difficult for any engineer to say with absolute certainty what caused the issue, ProBoil took a pragmatic, customer-focused and solution-led approach from the outset.
Although they were under no obligation to do so, they reviewed the information provided and arranged for a brand new boiler to be sent free of charge, purely as a goodwill gesture. Their priority was ensuring I wasn’t left without a hot water facility and avoiding unnecessary delay, inconvenience or disruption.
In an era where customer service often feels defensive and transactional, ProBoil stood out by being responsive, fair and genuinely supportive. It was handled with professionalism and common sense throughout.
A brilliant example of how customer service should be done. Highly recommended.

I bought a kitchen tap and spray for my kitchen and from the outset the spray was faulty. I called the customer services team at AbodeDesigns and they took weeks to respond. When they finally did they told me to carry out a series of repairs that never worked. They finally agreed to offer a replacement but told me I would have to wait a month because the products were out of stock. After a month they sent the wrong items. Then they said the products were still out of stock and had to wait another month. It's been 4 months since I started dealing with them. My tap is still not working and I still don't have a date for the delivery of the replacement.

DO NOT BUY PROBOIL 3
Purchased a proboil 3 tap for my new kitchen in 2019. Recently stopped working so I contacted the number on the product to be offered no resolution. They stated it is no longer serviceable and is no longer manufactured. No option but to pay for it to be removed and order a new one. Will not be doing this due to the poor customer service and reliability of this product.
Currently left with a large paper weight under my sink and having to use a kettle. Lots of people seem to have had the same problem.
Excellent customer service. We had an issue with kitchen taps which has been resolved very swiftly and very satisfactorily. The Atlas taps themselves are excellent. Overall, very happy with the customer service, Abode has been a good company to deal with, can recommend.

Great looking tap, which works well. We did have a small leak from the filter tap, but a replacement valve was despatched very quickly with good clear instructions and this fixed the problem.

Customer After Care service first class, other companies should learn from Abode Home Products.
We had an issue with our hot tap and the wonderful Stephen at Abode Proboil went above and beyond to help us sort it. He listened to our issue about the product and talked us through how to work out that it was definitely the Proboil.4E boiler at fault. Out of warranty however processed a replacement which includes de scalers and filter, made payment ( reasonable cost), Stephen provided very clear instructions on how to install the new replacement boiler, which a family member can do and if required can be on a call to talk them through replacing the boiler.
Stephen was so patient, cannot fault the service, it was professional, polite, prompt, clear and thorough.
In this day it’s hard to find companies with this level of after care and support. Stephen is a credit to the business. Thank you

Bit of a journey but Stephen from the technical support team was not going to give up and wanted to resolve it for me before Christmas too! I think I may have misled him initially with the tap type so we had a couple of iterations with wrong parts until he asked for some photos of the tap: then the eureka moment. As he said he knows his taps! He was now able to quickly send the right parts for my 15 year old tap and the leaks are gone and it looks pretty much like new. After paying for the initial parts I was never expected to pay anymore, great after sales service from Stephen and Abode. Many thanks!

Frankly surprised how quickly and helpfully the company responded to my problem with a new kitchen tap. They didn’t have the required spare part valve in stock so sent me a whole new unit to cannibalise or replace. Understanding and helpful on phone. Top marks, I just hope the new one works better!
