We have had a Proboil for sometime now and would thoroughly recommend them. They aftersales is second to none and their videos on changing filters and descaling very clear and easy to understand. I particularly like the little red clip to put on the hot tap as reminder especially for old relatives and children.

Great to speak to a company who really care - even 2-3 years after you have bought a product. So refreshing to actually easily speak to a person and not a robot. Would highly recommend both their products (hot tap pro boil x2) and excellent customer service.

I called the customer support helpline regarding an issue with the tap on our ProboiI.2X and was very impressed with service received. I spoke to Jade who had good product knowledge and was extremely helpful.
With Jade's help I managed to resolve the issue with a small adjustment to the tap spindle grub screw.

We bought a tap for over £500 about five years ago and have had lots of issues with it, including leaks, drips, a crumbling finish, and rust.
The team were initially very helpful and kindly sent out replacement parts, even though it was out of warranty (the stars are for them!). However, now a "non-replacable" part is crumbling/ flaking /rusting and it seems like we have no option to replace the whole thing.
Given that the tap was expensive and is now selling on the Abode website for more than £600, we're very disappointed with the quality and durability. Although it initially looked beautiful, I absolutely would not recommend it to others, as it's falling apart! 1* for the tap.

Bought a kitchen sink tap from Abode four years ago when I was having the house refurbished. Noticed some bits of it weren’t aging so well. Contacted the Customer Service desk to see if they could do anything about it and without any discussion Jade immediately offered to replace some of the parts that had not aged very well. Such great customer service- it’s not just the product it’s the aftercare too. I’m not sure if the tap was still covered by the guarantee, but they didn't even ask and did so anyway and that’s really great. I will definitely be purchasing more products from them if I need in the future based on this experience alone - highly recommended!

Free of charge replacement wingnut and descaler! Which arrived quickly and as hoped. Thank you so much, l would recommend this product and service. We will be life long customers for sure! Fairly painless replacement of a boiler that was leaking, which we inherited after buying a house. Customer service were good and a new unit was prompty delivered with clear instructions; the only pain really was the £270 charge. As Nick the Greek might say, seems expensive...

We love our Abode Atlas Aquifier tap. However, would you believe it, 2 weeks after the 5 year warranty expired, the tap sprung a leak. Assuming it was the O-rings, I changed though but it was still leaking. Contacted Customer Services and, rather than the AI bot you seem to have to talk to everywhere these days, I got a real, helpful, human being! They diagnosed the problem, which was the spout, sent out a new spout same day and it was working again a few days later. No fuss about the warranty, just sent it straight out. This is what real customer service is about!
