Can’t recommend Craig enough….
As a buy to let landlord I have been relying on 99Home.co.uk for about 8/9 years now and I can honestly say that they have never once let me down. My contact has always been Craig, and I can’t recommend him highly enough! Craig is professional, responsive, thorough and unlike many other agents I’ve known throughout my time as a landlord, he always answers the phone (even on weekends!). It makes such a HUGE difference as quick and efficient communication is key when searching for tenants. Craig has also found me a buyer for a property I sold and again the service was exceptional.
They get my note of confidence every time, and I wouldnt go anywhere else - but of course I would want to work with Craig as he’s never yet failed to find me suitable tenants.

99 homes have been what I can only describe as perfect landlords. Craig is always prompt in responding and resolves any issues quickly. We become aware of some damp in the property, and from the first message to Craig, an inspection being completed, to the work being completed took just over a month, which also includes Christmas. Any other settling in issues were sorted quickly without fuss and the whole moving in process was super simple. I'd recommend these guys to anyone, especially Craig. He's fantastic

Terrible worst estate agents ever!
Terrible worst estate agents ever!! I can’t believe that any of these positive reviews are real! From start to finish they’re extremely difficult to communicate with, whether this be via the telephone or email. Even the information regarding the property I am trying purchase is extremely out of date. They clearly used the same advert from over six years ago. All pictures were out of date, rates and information regarding the property were extremely out of date in fact they still haven’t even updated this after another six months!
The vendor and myself as a buyer do not have a single good word to say about this so-called Estate Agent, avoid at all costs.
