I have been with 48 from pretty early…

I have been with 48 from pretty early in their development and have been delighted to have seen them grow and indeed thrive. In the early days when roaming there were a few glitches but happy I stuck with 48. I sing the praises of 48 when mobile service providers come up in conversation and recommend 48 regularly..

Prices are competitive but…..

Prices are competitive, but the mobile service is awful can be in the heart of the city and barely have any coverage

Clear rules

Clear rules, no increase in payment, at the beginning it was an issue with the automatic direct debit but sorted out by 48. Very happy.

I have never had downtime or any…

I have never had downtime or any problem whatsoever with 48. It's the only phone provider that has never let me down. I have tried them all and would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Ongoing problems connecting to data…

Ongoing problems connecting to data when abroad. I have gone through all trouble shooting but to no avail. Otherwise a great service when at home.

I have been with 48 for about 5 years

I have been with 48 for about 5 years. Generally no problems and grate to have real unlimited data.
Only issue I had was where I live the signal strength died and using the internet was very hit and miss. Contacted support, very helpful, tried everything but no change. left it for about 3 months, was going to move to Eir but they must have upgraded the network as no problems any more.
