Quick response from the team during installation. They made it happen despite initial glitches. The pricing is competitive.
I had an appointment with them for a new installation due to rain it didn't go through. Everyone promise that they will call me to make a new appointment. 4 days later and still no call and when I call them the lady on the phone put the phone down in my ear. If I was rude or upset or anything like that to her I can understand it but I was calmly talking to her and ask her if htere is not a number that I can call as everyone keep on saying that they will call me but nobody calls. Customer service is definitly not to be recommended, I hope that it is not going to be like that for the next 20 + years that is waiting now.
24/10/22 @ 11am I had another appointment with them to complete the work. Still not here at 13h00 and not calling to inform when they will arrive. I have called them at 11h30 and was once again promised a call back to be updated. To be continued...
