bought a TruStream, which is very good and easy to clean

Since I am their returning customer and I know what I need, so everything ran smoothly from ordering the item over the phone to the final installation. The technician called in advance to let me know he will be there in about 20 mins. He knows what he's doing, so the whole installation process was about 40-45 mins. I am satisfied with this purchase.

The installer did not show me how to use the range hood. They did not answer any of my questions on how to use it. The answer I receive is you should ask the store where you purchase it.

Everyone that helped me, from visiting the store to get information, placing my order, and the installation was friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured to order or purchase any upsell products. Communication was great throughout the process and the installer was very professional and knowledgable.

this range hood is running good so far. on your manual , it does not tell us that what kind of water should to be used to clean the motor.

The installation was good. However, one of the technicians took the glass tray out from my old microwave range hood before they installed the new one. After they left, the glass tray was gone, and I couldn't reach the technicians. When I called Pacific, they helped me track down the technicians, but they said they didn't see the glass tray.
