The product is as good as advertised
I have an open kitchen, and I used it for the first time yesterday in an air-conditioned room with the doors and windows closed. The smoke exhaust capability is indeed very good, and there is almost no odor in the kitchen and living room.
The installer showed up on time and was very nice.

Good sales & technician at Oakland location
Very good customer service at the store front (Oakland location). Yan was the sales and he explained clearly the features and provided advice for us to get one that’s better fit for our kitchen setting. The install went very smoothly. The technician was very good with advance phone calls to notify us about his arrival time besides the company sending out reminders. He did a complete cleanup after setting up the range hood, very professional and responsible. Happy with this purchase.

When ordering online
When ordering online, it asked my cell phone number and email, but after placed the order, I did not receive any confirmation with the model I ordered. I wonder if the order went through without any mistakes. But there is not way to find out even I called but no body answered the phone.
