Product quality is not perfect due to these issues during installation: (1)the middle screw is cross threaded from factory and cannot be unscrewed...this is regarding the panel surrendering the two fans which needed to be removed in order to access the four top anchor holes. Installation solution was to drill out this cross treaded screw and leave a blank hole (2) Post installation, the Steam clean button continues to blink. (3) The three wires for power connection are too short at just3 inches long.

The technician showed up on the schedule. The old machine was removed without any messy. The new machine was installed smoothly. He did everything professionally.

The person is friendly and nice. He did a good and quick job. Explaining well of the operation.

Zoe did an excellent job on going through the different models and clearly explaining the features so I could make the right choice for my kitchen. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very professional. The installation guy was equally impressive—he arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. He also explained how the range hood operates and left the area spotless when finished. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and exceeded my expectations. This is the third range hood we have purchased over the years. We like Pacific's products because of their better value compared to those sold in the big box stores. They work well, and if needed technical service is good.

My shopping experience was excellent in every aspect, from sales, delivery confirmation, installation and product performance. The installer was very professional, efficient and tidy. He wore shoe covers and carried away every bit of trash he created. However there is a small thing that could have made it 5++ stars: I was assigned a 4 hour window for the delivery, but they came 45 minutes early, with no text notification 30 mins prior. He did bring me free gist though :)

This is my third time to use Pacific range for myself and family memebers. It's great quality. Very strong and quiet. Very easy to clean.

Very responsive customer service from shopping to installation appointments . The installer was very quick and careful while doing the job, and explained very well on how to use it. While the work and durability of the hood has yet to be seen ( we had it installed in May 2025), the machine is pleasant, powerful but quiet. Cleaning is easy . It’s good enough for our daily use during cooking. Very satisfied overall.

The suction power is very strong and the steam cleaning really saves a lot of time

My forth Pacific products. I have multiple properties and began installing ducted hood vents from Pacific. Never had a single problem with any of them quality wise. Customer service is top notch. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended products.

The ceiling panel flexes and makes sound when I lightly push up. I think it should have a crossing rib when the panel is being molded. After install the horizontal piece is a little shorter so I can see a gap where it meets the other metal at the right angle. None will affect its performance. After install, I notice a new hardwood floor scratch made by the step ladder about five inch long.

The service has been improved quite a lot. The store manager is very helpful. I also got email for follow up.
