I have been trying to speak to you re a forgoten payment,this is important to me I can not get an answer on phone I am useless with tech and need help to set up direct debit again urgently PLEASE DO SOMETHING RE THIS , My policy does not exist as you only do online,please reply as I want and need to pay up. Got there ..... eventually

Get rid of the awful robot that answers calls.
I was forced to listen to that thing 5 minutes & then got cut off. Called again, was forced to listen to the robot another 10 minutes 😡 Just give the option 'to speak to a human person, press 1 now'.
The human person I eventually got to speak with was very helpful, professional, polite & friendly.
They tried to get me a better renewal quote, which was still rather high, but better than the original renewal quote that had initially been sent to me by email, which was extortionate. The human person was kind & understanding & tried again. This resulted in a better price that was more reasonable. Anything I didn't understand or wanted clarifying during our chat was explained very well & the human person was patient in doing so & we both also had to repeat some things because the line wasn't great so hearing each other clearly was difficult.
We got there ..... eventually.
For the sake if everyone's good mental health & well being - get rid of the robots 🙏

tried many times to enter acount to…

tried many times to enter acount to cancel auto renewal could not get into account this was done as soon as i was informed of up coming renewal date used the bot to inform them of my decision and have sceenshot of reqest tried many time to phone but was told long waiting times . informed my bank to refuse renewal as a precaution way before renewal date lost faith n customer service.

Submitting Driving Licence details

Entered all details correctly. Had insurance cover for 3weeks -
now wanting driving licences photocopied I'd me and my wife or an extra fee will be charged or insurance cancelled. Never been asked anywhere for this, only licence numbers. Will not be supplying this info. as this could end up in data being mis used if there was a hack or security breach. Not happy.

I have been insured with this company…

I have been insured with this company for 3 years and every year the payment for vehicle insurance increases, I have never had some accident or other fines, or etc.
I probably won't continue with this company...
