Not able to see my policy online. Cant cancel as none answers your call and they put the phone down after waiting for one hour. Long queues online around 200. Pathetic customer service. please don't waste your time with this provider.

Really impressed with how quickly it was dealt with
Really impressed with how quickly and efficiently First Central handled my insurance claim after someone backed into my car. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful and made what could have been a really stressful situation feel as straightforward and easy as possible.
Everything was dealt with quickly, I was kept informed throughout, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish.
A genuine pleasure to deal with and a really positive experience during an otherwise frustrating situation. Thank you!

Worst mistake I have ever made going there. Their customer service over the phone is terrible. No one’s there to help you but to charge you more and more for stuff you don’t even need! Another 11 months until I can go somewhere else!

No problems untill I wanted to cancel my auto renewal, I have been on hold for 2 hours ! I've tried to cancel online but it keeps taking me back for me to choose auto renewal, absolute scammers! They will make you auto renewal you have no choice ! Then you end up paying more , and if you want cancel they slap you with a fee , I am not renewing with them and I'm still on hold , will not put the phone down till this is sorted !

The process seamed to be very easy combined with a good price for my insurance.
Only time and if I was to have an unfortunate need for further use of my insurance will tell the full experience.

Truly dreadful customer service
Truly dreadful customer service. I didn't want to renew but there was no option online not to as the button didn't work. I was waiting in a queue for more than an hour both on the phone and for online chat - do you think customers have nothing else to do? I have made a complaint.
