Liars! They claimed they tried to deliver to my property when I was home all day. I paid £13 to a merchant to have my goods delivered by that hopeless company.

I recently made a duplicate order by accident, and they willingly rectified the issue by refunding me, which I really appreciated. For me, it is the little things, like integrity, that matter most as a customer. Their product range is good, including well known American brands that are difficult to find in the UK. Delivery options are reasonably priced. I also really appreciate the option to pay with Klarna. It is a lifesaver, especially since Black hair products can be so expensive 😭. They are very responsive via email and always professional. The only minor downside is that some products sell out quickly, meaning you may need to wait a few weeks for restocks. However, this is not a significant criticism. All businesses run out of stock sometimes, and waiting is part of shopping anywhere.
