FedEx have had my package for 3 days at their distribution centre in thetford. No explanation, nothing. I suggest you use a more reliable courier!

Please give FedEx a 1-star review if they have done something wrong, not us.
It is not unusual for packages to be hold for 1 or two days at customs.
If the status hasn't changed, please cointact our costumer service and we will start an investiagation at FedEx for you.
If they have lost your package, we will let you choose between a refund and us re-ordereding the parts for you.
