Great until you actually need help
Firstly I’d like to clarify that my experience of signing up with, and ordering my NHS medication has been excellent.
I then used the online doctor form to order weight loss medication, and again, excellent.
9 days ago now I tried to Refer A Friend and the link doesn’t work / just isn’t there. I’ve been communicating with customer service almost every day since to no avail. Just repeated empty apologies and no resolution. When it got to a week and we were no further forward, I asked for it to be escalated to a manager, only to be ignored and fobbed off with the same apologies.
Would not recommend if you need any help with anything. Truly awful (and I work in pharmacy patient support so I know what I’m talking about)
