My daughter and I went to Swindon store on Saturday and had a great experience. From the young lady on the till who went through everything so clearly and knowledgeable on correct piercings for my daughters naval to advice on my tragus. We saw Amber and Callum and the experience was exceptional! Amber and Callum made us feel at complete ease, the procedures for both piercings was flawless and we will definitely be returning so see Amber again. Thank you for such a positive and happy experience for my daughter’s first piercing!

Brought a multi tool and a lawnmower to get my business off the ground. Unfortunately after only a few uses the motor bogged down when the throttle was fully opened. Contacted Josh in customer care and he was extremely helpful. Sent the item back(keep the box would be my advice) and the issue was quickly fixed by them and the item is now on its way back to me.

Great product, price and service and came very quickly also. Brilliant.
