Ordered my item pm Friday. Within minutes had email from delivery company telling me my delivery was being processed, half hour later it was marked as dispatched and due for delivery following day. Saturday. Woke to a time slot for that morning, arrived before the time slot which was really helpful as meant I didnt have to wait in for it. Box in perfect condition with fragile item in it. Courier polite and friendly and handed me the box, not just dropped it on doorstep which has become customary. So very happy to review positively.

From my first visit to the showroom to delivery day, I can honestly say my experience with this company has been outstanding.Jake has kept me informed throughout the process and is a credit to Home Leisure Direct. My Pinball machine was delivered today by Chris and James and installed so fast, I was playing it within minutes. Brilliant service and I am in awe of my awesome Pinball machine. These guys are outstanding.
