Same here! I got caught by this scam. Headphones don’t do noise reduction and are cheap and poorly made. Asked to return them and told I needed to ship them to China and pay all the fees and taxes. Then they “might” give me a refund. Going to see if my bank has any leverage but not holding out much hope. Don’t get caught, these are unscrupulous Chinese criminals.

The website was easy to navigate and I found what I wanted and then had to speak to an assistant who help me find other stuff, good service that didn’t require you to wait 20mins on hold.
