Needed a new bathroom suite in a hurry for a late planned job. Phoned Bella as there was no indication of specific likely delivery dates online. The staff were extremely helpful, looking at all the items I was looking to order, giving their best ideas of delivery dates based on their experience. They kept an eye on my stuff coming in, advising on when it was available to get it to me and the order being delivered on the day they said. Very helpful, friendly and easy to access unlike some other online suppliers who have let me down for delivery in the past, where deliveries arrived 4 days later than their specified delivery date without any notification whatsoever and then been impossible to access for information. Great prices and great products too on top of the great service. First time I've come across them used them, but it certainly won't be the last.
