Extremely Disappointing Refund Process and Poor Customer Service
I am extremely frustrated with Dyson's refund process. I returned my Dyson robot vacuum on April 21, 2025, and today, May 8, 2025, marks 14 full working days since the return was received. Despite this, I have still not received my refund.
I have contacted Dyson’s customer service three times, and each time, I was told that the warehouse had received my item and that I simply needed to wait. After waiting the full period specified in their refund policy, I reached out again, only to be told by a representative that I would need to wait another 2–3 days.
This is completely unacceptable. The refund policy outlines a clear timeline, which I followed, but I am now being asked to wait even longer without any explanation. This has caused unnecessary delays and frustration, and I feel misled by Dyson’s team. I am very disappointed with how Dyson has handled my return and refund process.
