Unresolved Refund and Poor Customer Service Experience
I have an unresolved issue with my return and refund from Lululemon. I returned an item, which was received by their warehouse on April 24, 2025.
After following the return process, I contacted Lululemon’s customer service team on May 6, 2025, and was assured that my refund would be processed promptly. However, despite being promised a quick resolution, I still have not received the refund in my account, even after two days.
On May 8, 2025, I contacted customer service again, and I was told to wait another 3–10 business days, even though the refund timeframe specified in their policy has already passed. This is unacceptable, and I am extremely frustrated by the lack of urgency in resolving this matter.
