The package came damaged and one of the boxes in was already opened. I don't knowif there are any damages to the product. Need wait and see after installation.

There were 3 pakages and one of them we had to pick it ourselves even if it had to be delivered home.

It is your sender that books the shipment and the delivery method. If you were expecting three different parcels, it may be that one was booked for collection instead of home delivery. I am happy to check how your shipments were booked, I have sent you a separate email.
