Great selection of sizes and models

I like JP1880 for their great selection of XL sizes and styles, especially for tall men—it’s not easy to find that elsewhere. The quality is good overall, and the items I ordered matched the photos on the website. Keep in mind that the fit can vary slightly depending on the model, but nothing unexpected. The only downside for me is that refunds for returned items are issued as a voucher instead of a direct refund. Aside from that, it’s a solid brand and I’m happy with my purchases.

Legit shop, genuine parts and friendly customer support

After I made my first order from MSP, I was a bit frustrated that my order is not shipped and that I do not have any updates. After contacting customer service I realized that one product was out of stock and they are waiting for it to arrive before sending all parts together. Customer support is really friendly.Parts I recieved are genuine. Many thanks to Milan that was patient and supportive in the whole process.

As explained to you by email:
We are waiting for Suzuki to deliver the last part of your order.

Unfortunately, this part had an unknown delivery date.
This means that Suzuki does not know when they can supply the part.
It is possible that it will take several months before a part is available again from Suzuki.
There is not much we can do about this.

You have asked us a couple times for an update and every time you have had an answer within 1 buisiness day.

You can also follow the status of your order through the confirmation email.
When you do this, you can see that the status of the last part has changed.
Suzuki has told us that they expect to deliver the part to us on 22-10-2025.

If you wanted the other parts that are in stock to be shipped, you could have just asked this, and we would have shipped it.
We can also cancel the part that is not in stock yet, refund you for this and send the other two parts.

Just ask and we will do so.
