Quality of the clothing was great but…

Quality of the clothing was great but didn’t suit the stock. I received my order on 19/12/25 and emailed them to say that I was returning it and it was accepted. My order was refunded by credit note on the 7/01/26 which I am really disappointed with. I completely understand that returns are within 7 days however the post office was closed over Christmas / new year and it states specifically that it’s to be sent by post office. A bit of leeway over the Christmas period should be considered. Now stuck with a £102 credit note and don’t admire any other pieces.

Ordered a wooden bed frame in July 2024…

Ordered a wooden bed frame in July 2024 and by December 2024 it was cracked in various places, really poor quality. Have tried to communicate via email, Instagram, submitting requests but no response.
