Urgent cancellation and full refund request
Dear 2gether Insurance Breakdown Team,
I am writing in relation to my breakdown cover policy, which originally commenced on 17 January 2025.
Before the end of last year, I contacted your customer service team by phone to cancel this policy, as I did not wish for it to renew. Despite this, I was very surprised to discover that a renewal fee was charged again in January 2026.
Prior to sending this email, I also contacted your customer service line on 12 January 2026, but all efforts was to no avail due to very poor and unresponsive service line extensions.
As I had already requested cancellation before the renewal date, I believe this charge has been taken in error. I would therefore kindly request that:
• The policy is cancelled immediately, and
• A full refund of the renewal payment taken in January 2026 is issued back to me.
