Excellent staff from sales to delivery

Excellent staff from sales to delivery. Excellent product, well packed. Not 5 stars due to 9:30pm being within their normal delivery times. I think this is unreasonable for their staff and customers. Ours delivered at 10pm and they had 2 further deliveries to make.

Really poor to not allow the early bird…

Really poor to not allow the early bird discount on the return crossing just because the outbound crossing is within 60days hence the only way to get the early bird discount on the return journey is to book 2 one way tickets, 2 separate contracts and therefore become a hostage to fortune that if your outward ferry is cancelled by Brittany Ferries for ANY reason your refund won't cover the return trip, as technically a separate contract! If you can't get out, you won't need a return!!! Doesn't smell right for a respectable company to do this.

Poor product but polite and eventually fully refunded

Good and bad aspects. Put in touch with a dealer who was very easy to deal with other than sending me a secondhand part that didn't work (electrical female end damaged with all the wires exposed making connection into the male clip in the van impossible). They were polite, easy to deal with and I was fully refunded including the return postage that I paid but it did take c6wks, umpteen emails and a trip to the post office which could have been avoided if they had not tried to sell a clearly, critically damaged part.

NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERICE if you can…

NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERICE if you can book the exact same ferry trip on your website and pay more if you don't go through the right part of the menu! That's just going to really annoy your customers generating lots of badwill if they pay the higher price. Website not easy to navigate, not easy to find your offers which are slightly cheaper than comparison websites like direct ferries but you have to hunt for it so many will book as I was about to with a third party instead of directly with you because their cheap deals on your ferries are really easy to find. Not clever customer service.
