I paid for next day delivery and it never turnt up. I spoke to their customer service and they told me they have changed this to a 3-5 working day order. They refunded me £2 as I paid £5.99 for next day delivery. I don’t appreciate my delivery getting changed on your behalf as I asked for next day delivery for a reason as I needed this item within a quick turn around. I asked for a full refund on my delivery as this was changed by yourselves, and I was told no, only £2 to match 3-5 working days delivery charge, which I didn’t choose.

Poor communication within your team, reported my parcel 6 times and had a reply 48 hours later. However, the dress is lovely.
