Order was placed on the basis that the website advised that the item was in stock. A few days later I took a call to say that the item was not in the UK but should arrive a 3 or 4 days. Nearly two later I called to chase and after a few minutes was called back to say that the item could be several weeks away. I cancelled the order and the item was immediately refunded and my card was credited 48 hours later

Unfortunately our suppliers let us down regarding the availability of this machine, the website has now been corrected and we hope you have managed to the item elsewhere but if we can still assist please do not hesitate to get back in touch.
