Concerning the shipping cost we work hard to search out the cheapest option for our international customers and offer different services where possible including express service to help our international customers get their products sooner if needed. These options are all displayed at checkout. We also collect TAX/Duties for EU customers where possible so there is not surprise fees further down the line and we pay that on to the couriers as this fee is nothing we have control of but depends on the country you are ordering to.

We hadn’t been made aware of any delivery concerns before your review, as we haven’t received any contact from you.
