My Mahabis Wore Out After Eight Months, but Resolved Fairly
I had an issue with my Mahabis slippers wearing out after several months of intermittent indoor use. The initial customer service response wasn’t ideal and didn’t address the durability concern.
However, after providing further detail and photos, Mahabis reviewed the case properly and agreed that the level of wear wasn’t what you would expect from a premium product. They have now arranged a replacement pair, which I appreciate.
The follow-up support was helpful, and the issue was resolved fairly in the end.
