We booked a private room at Dakota Glasgow on West Regent Street for my wife's birthday party, and it was an incredible experience. The staff took care of all our needs effortlessly, embracing the surprise element of the occasion. A special thank you to Hailey, who was fantastic.

The food was outstanding, and the private room itself was beautifully decorated and inviting. I can't emphasize enough how exceptional this place is—five stars doesn’t truly capture the quality of our experience. For a special occasion, I wholeheartedly recommend this venue. It was absolutely stunning i cannot rate this place high enough. Absolutely stunning.

I bought a vehicle from Cars4You Edinburgh West over 6 weeks ago. I had to wait over 4 weeks for them to settle the finance for my PX vehicle. I am still waiting for a new logbook after 6 weeks. I have spoken to customer service on numerous occasions with no satisfaction. The salesman, Sultan, is not in the least interested in helping out customers and was very rude indeed. Please, please, please do not buy a car from these fly-by-nights. I have purchased a lot of cars in my time, and this lot is the worst example of a reputable car sales company I have ever come across. There is a strong feeling of a crooked company at work here. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE. YOU WILL BE SERIOUSLY DISSAPOINTED. AND SERIOUSLY OUT OF POCKET. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Engineer was tidy prompt and very efficient

I had a query regarding a fuel invoice with Radius. I called and was answered within 60 seconds, which is the rarest. The customer service rep, Katie-Anne Morgan, took my call and had the issue resolved within another 60 seconds. So polite, so helpful, she is an asset to this company. If only all customer service reps had the attitude of Katie. But I must thank her again. She was amazing.

I would hire again from HSS just because of the service I received from Mohammed, not to mention the competitive pricing at HSS. Mohammed at the hire desk in Livingston depot was excellent. Nothing was a problem to him. He was so helpful and informative, he made the whole process effortless. This man is an asset to HSS.
