I had a query regarding a fuel invoice with Radius. I called and was answered within 60 seconds, which is the rarest. The customer service rep, Katie-Anne Morgan, took my call and had the issue resolved within another 60 seconds. So polite, so helpful, she is an asset to this company. If only all customer service reps had the attitude of Katie. But I must thank her again. She was amazing.
