Great service

Great service, very responsive and helpful. Competitive prices on motorcycle parts. I'd like to see lower postage cost, but I guess that's largely outside of their control.

Shower issue resolved

I had an issue with a shower that took quite some time to resolve. Lewis at Hansgrohe stuck with it and eventually guided me to a resolution. I found Hansgrohe to be professional and helpful at all times.

SCAM website

I received an order confirmation, and all seemed ok. However, nothing ever arrived. There were 2 email addresses provided but neither of them ever responded. This website is a scam .... the site looks to be professional but after checking reviews etc., it is a professional SCAM. Save your money and emabrrassment, do not buy anything here.

Review of Guest Reservations

Complete rip off

I booked a one night stay in an IBIS via guestreservations.com as it appeared to be cheaper than booking directly with IBIS. The price quoted was €88. which is €8 cheaper than booking directly. However on the booking confirmation the charge had increased to €138, an extra €50. The booking confirmation email says that the extra €50 is for "Tax Recovery Charge & Service Fees". This was not mentioned before I paid by credit card. The confirmation also stated that the reservation is non-refundable. This is a complete rip off. They quoted €88, charged €138 and will not allow cancellation and refund.
