Absolute waste of time

Absolute waste of time. I joined as got a referral after making a purchase with Dorothy Perkins. They took money from my account, I went to redeem my monthly reward but I can only redeem it at Dorothy Perkins, that wasn't stated or made clear when I joined! What an absolute load of rubbish why would I want to keep shopping with the same retailer! They are scammers.

Terrible Customer Support

This company sent me faulty, I thought it would be easy to return them free of charge via their app as I have previously. However, this was not the case, it said that I would need to cover returns postage. I contacted their customer support and spoke with Catherine Pajares, she completely ignored my issue and kept sending a generic response. I kept on telling her the items were faulty and I needed to return them but she closed the chat without resolving it. Absolutely appalling customer support. I will be taking matters further.

Scam Avoid! UK1533869

Avoid this company, they are scamming people! I ordered a top for my husband for Christmas and it arrived faulty. I contacted the company straight away, but they won't respond to my messages, they are obviously scamming people out of their money.
I contacted them before Christmas and now it is February and they are clearly ignoring me.

Respond to your customers, this is completely ridiculous! You are going against consumer rights.

Response to your message:

You didn't offer me a full refund actually, you offered me a partial refund and said to donate the top to charity.
This was weeks ago, I responded to your email within a couple of days and you have only now responded because I left a bad review. It is disappointing that I had to resort to this just to get a response and to resolve this issue.

False Information

Update:
* Your response has nothing to do with my complaint. *

Please, do not use this company! They are a liability, the trips recorded are always incorrect. It puts me at locations I have never been to before or heard of. That would obviously impact a claim, if I needed to make one. So please keep that in mind when you see this company pop up on compare sites.

What am I paying for!?

Absolutely disgusting! What am I paying for!? My father is in hospital in another town and I cannot call him to see if he's ok because my phone signal is so bad! Your company is awful, you should be ashamed.

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service, you cannot contact customer service and you cannot access the App for some unknown reason.
I haven't been able to use my mobile data for days now, this is terrible how can you not provide a simple service that I am paying for!

Avoid this company

Avoid this company!

I literally hate the app so much, it hardly ever works. It also gives you misreadings, scores you down for connecting your phone when you start your journey, how are you meant to record the trips? Absolutely ridiculous.

Customer service is also terrible, you email them regarding a problem and get an automated response that doesn't relate to your query.

I cannot wait until my insurance is up with this company.
