Ordinato e mai ricevuto ordine, prendono i soldi e non si fanno piu sentire. Mille email mai risposto, ho dovuto contattare la banca per fare il chargeback della transazione. RIDICOLI

Il prodotto in sé (le finestre) sono di buona qualità, ma tutto il resto è stato un vero incubo.
L’installazione è stata fatta in modo grossolano e superficiale, con errori che nemmeno un principiante dovrebbe commettere. Le finiture sono state lasciate in condizioni vergognose, completamente inaccettabili per un lavoro pagato a prezzo pieno.

Dopo aver segnalato subito le numerose problematiche, ci aspettavamo almeno un minimo di professionalità. Invece nulla: il responsabile, Michelle, ha semplicemente smesso di rispondere, ignorando ogni messaggio/chiamata/email/PEC e lasciandoci completamente senza assistenza. Comportamento da scuole medie e poco professionale.

Non fate il nostro errore: non pagate l'intera somma in anticipo e soprattutto evitate di affidarvi a loro. Si fanno pagare e poi spariscono, lasciandovi con un lavoro fatto male e nessuno disposto a rimediare.

Esperienza complessiva disastrosa nonostante la qualità del prodotto. State alla larga: qualunque altra azienda della zona è una scelta migliore.

We got fed a lot of lies by their salesman (on their heavier side) when signing up.
Timeline all wrong and terrible experience overall.

After all the money you pay them to they have minimal contact with their customers.

The audit is terrible and full of mistakes.

After paying and ordering the car you hear no updates for weeks on end.

The promised delivery/pick up date is not as advertised on the website but it is a much longer wait.

But the biggest issue i had with them was that when i went to pick up the car (i puchased a fully electric vehicle) the car had 2 km of range remaining to drive off their premises and no cable to use for the public charging stations (only provided the home charging cable which is not helpful when doing this sort of pickup).

Once contacted through such an emergency they just said too bad and left me hanging for hours.

Luckily i managed to get help privately by a random EV car that let me borrow their cable.

Horrible experience i advise against this company and won't recommend to any of my friends or family.

Don't sign up as a wholesale client or they will throw you under the bus the first occasion they get.

Dopo neanche 10 minuti dall'ordine, avendo errato l'indirizzo del destinatario, ho provato a cancellare e ho ricevuto la seguente email:

Possiamo annullare ordine e trattenere intero importo per futura spedizione oppure possiamo effettuare rimborso trattenendo i costi di gestione operativa e amministrativa ordine pari a euro 5,35

Costi di "gestione operativa" 5,35 su ordine da 10 euro, AZIENDA LADRA e operazioni LADRE! State alla larga

Recensioni respinte se negative e censurano un casino di utenti. Anche le domande da porre ai dottori vengono rifiutate dai "moderatori" quando si fanno domande scomode. Complimenti continuate cosi che fate benissimo.

Terrible product, terrible customer service

Esperienza reso terribile, sto aspettando da 1 mese e mezzo il rimborso di un reso per un aspirapolvere robot non funzionante. Preso a carico del corriere, quando contatto il customer service ti copiano e incollano risposte pre fabbricate. Amazon prima non era cosi, mai più.
