Give this Lot a body swerve. Virgin Media really.
Went into Epsom Store 12:30, 2 members of staff on duty. The one standing trying to clear the queue whilst fobbing off an old lady to speak to her IT dept. Waited 15 minutes. Whe explained my problem with virgin media, I was told to sit down and wait for her Manager who was at another desk dealing with an elderly couple. I waited another 15 minutes, only to be spoken to like I was a child. Obviously flustered with a shop full of customers at lunchtime with only 2 staff. He fobbed me off with a telephone number of virgin media helpline. 2 things here. 1. If your selling Virgin Media products then deal with Virgin Media customers you sold the products to less than 4 weeks ago. All smiling faces that day tying me in for 2 years. 2. If the answer to my problem was dealt with with such ease why was I made to sit for 15 minutes to see a 'Manager, with very little customer service empathy', why couldn't the first member of staff furnish me with Virgin Media helpline?? Honestly, dont waste your time. Under staffed at lunchtime on a Monday should be a warning of things to expect. Get to Sky TV - Broadband and Mobile and do yourself a favour. Hope this is helpful to someone on the fence like I was 5 weeks ago.
