Give this Lot a body swerve. Virgin Media really.

Went into Epsom Store 12:30, 2 members of staff on duty. The one standing trying to clear the queue whilst fobbing off an old lady to speak to her IT dept. Waited 15 minutes. Whe explained my problem with virgin media, I was told to sit down and wait for her Manager who was at another desk dealing with an elderly couple. I waited another 15 minutes, only to be spoken to like I was a child. Obviously flustered with a shop full of customers at lunchtime with only 2 staff. He fobbed me off with a telephone number of virgin media helpline. 2 things here. 1. If your selling Virgin Media products then deal with Virgin Media customers you sold the products to less than 4 weeks ago. All smiling faces that day tying me in for 2 years. 2. If the answer to my problem was dealt with with such ease why was I made to sit for 15 minutes to see a 'Manager, with very little customer service empathy', why couldn't the first member of staff furnish me with Virgin Media helpline?? Honestly, dont waste your time. Under staffed at lunchtime on a Monday should be a warning of things to expect. Get to Sky TV - Broadband and Mobile and do yourself a favour. Hope this is helpful to someone on the fence like I was 5 weeks ago.

DID YOU PAY FOR COFFEE

Ordered 2 breakfasts, 2 hot drinks. 10 minutes gone by, breakfasts turned up. I asked for our Coffee Tea cups, I was asked did you pay for them.!!!!!! I noticed that my breakfast never had toast, when she came back I asked for my toast, she asked if I payed for toastas an extra, I through gritted Teath explained that my breakfast comes with toast. Absolutely disgusted with very poor service and attention to detail.

Terrible CM Service from a Manager

Scotmid Tullichewan Drive Balloch. Asked Tom the morning Manager if I could select rolls from the fresh pack behind the counter, he told me I had to select from the crusty rolls in the basket. The 7 rolls that were in the basket had been handled and poked by others as they had no selection tool. What a disappointment, a disgusting attitude from a Manager. He should be made to attend a customer awareness training course.

Lazy young staff.

Old Luss Road Alexandria 4pm. Just finished work, used the app to buy a coffee. Drove to the drive in as instructed, waited 10 minutes, proceeded to the payment window. 3 yes THREE young girls giggling and chatting as if they were socialising. I showed her my code she insisted I rejoin the queue and verbally give her the code over the speaker. I tried to reason with her but she was insisting I rejoin the 10 minute queue as if I was interrupting her social circle. I asked her to cancel the order to which her comical reply was, I would have to rejoin the queue cancel the order. I apologised for interrupting her social gathering and drove away coffee less. Never again will I give McDonalds my hard earned money.

I use Nutrition Geeks hence the bombardment of emails. I got one today, 00:40hrs for 1 day only get 30% Off using code GEEKY30. At the checkout, "You have already used code GEEKY30. HOW CAN I HAVE USED IT IF ITS FOR 1 DAY ONLY"???? I hate being conned and will look for an alternative.

Worst Delivery Company by Far

So I got my email confirming my Samsung new phone would be delivered today. Organised my life around this delivery as you cannot change location, redirect or safe place. Got a tracking email from DPD. My driver G**** will be with me between 15:46 and 16:46. I was sitting refreshing the email tracking counter. I watched G**** deliver parcels from number 60 delivery right up until my expected delivery. I was 93. 88 - 89 - 90, 91 and 92 were delivered at the same time, (suspicious as you can't do 2 deliveries at the same time). 93, SORRY WE MISSED YOU. I Ran downstairs from the 14th floor as he took a picture of the block from across the street. I searched nearby streets but couldn't find G**** in his DPD van. Any customer service DPD representative who wants to investigate, I know you can tell from G****s mobile device. The delivery address is Ann Street Greenock. Order 15503063066339 G**** will deliver your Samsung parcel TODAY28th March 2025
between 15:46-16:46. Ablosute shit company. You can't speak to anyone, you can't live chat anyone, you can only email which is as good as a chocolate T Pot. So DPD I am cancelling my Samsung parcel as I cannot be in on Monday, you need to realise people make plans for your shitty drivers.

Best Bank on the high street by far.

I cannot believe that First Direct is 4.4 on Trustpilot. I have banked with First Direct on and off for 30 something years but have settled with them as always because of the ease and great customer services in their attitude towards banking. I have never received anything short of 5 star treatment in all my dealings with First Direct in all of these years. Best Bamk on the high street by far.

EMPATHY-SYMPATH-COMPASSION NO CHANCE

I went into the range in Greenock and bought a wall art canvas. The price shown in the shop was £15 off. I bought it and took it to the till. There was a problem so a Manager was called. The manager said she couldn't sell it to me because it has just been brought to her attention. i asked what has been brought to her attention. She said again, i cant sell it at that price, it's been just been brought to my attention the price is wrong and she showed me the ticket. The penny dropped why she insisted it has just been brought to her attention. i asked could i take a picture of the ticket price. i noticed that the price was out of date by 72 days, 2+ months. i stated this to the manager who replied, it has just been brought to my attention. i stated it has only been brought to your attention by me trying to purchase it. Could it not be sold at the ticket price advertised? Again, i cant sell it at this price because it has just been brought to my attention. i reinforced the length of time it has been advertised and stated that the store has not sold one since the 6th December 2023 so why would as a matter of courtesy sell it to me at the advertised price. Now there was a long queue and 4 or 5 members of staff. The concern is that the staff observing this incident faced by the same problem in the future feel it is acceptable to embarrass customers who unknowingly buy something ticketed wrong, regardless that it is a store error embarrass a customer. Not great management. i think the manager should be invited onto a customer services course and if you feel that is not necessary, then at least, a course in effective management. A ticket change was to take place on the 6th December, it has been missed by your store management for over 2 months, 72 days but it now becomes the customers fault for pointing out a store error. You haven't sold 1 canvas in 2 months, surely common sense should prevail in this instance. Well maybe not.

The best Bank bar none.

What a fantastic Bank. Home speaking agents whenever you need to discuss something with your account. I always remember I needed money urgently due to a bereavement in the family in Scotland, I wasn't long with the bank, but when I explained why I needed over and above my current limit nothing was a problem and I had the money in my account within 4 hours. I will never forget the trust that this bank placed in me whilst still being relatively a new customer.

Tried to use discount at Adidas. (My response)

Tried to use discount at Adidas, 60% off black friday deals, not to be used with any other promo.!!!! Its all crap. So I go to use my discount of 25% on all full price merchandise as advertised, what a load of bull.This coupon code couldn't be applied,(none of the promotions is applicable to the cart) IN BRIGHT RED WRITING. So I attempt to phone to complain, telephone no longer in use. Surprised, not really, not a lot of companies are accepting the codes. Surely trading standards should be made aware. It quite clearly states on adidas front page 25% off full price merchandise. Following your response, if you read my review properly then you can respond. Let me clarify, Adidas had black Friday deals. What I wanted to buy wasn't included. So I used the code provided by you to receive 25% off FULL PRICE MERCHANDICE. Despite having your code offering members 25% off and Adidas home page offering 25% off of full price merchandising when yo got to the check out it pops up with : bull.This coupon code couldn't be applied,(none of the promotions is applicable to the cart) IN BRIGHT RED WRITING. So please read reviews before responding, I WAS NOT TRYING TO COMBINE 2 PROMOTIONS. Unlike you I did read the terms and conditions, which lead me to writing this reviews, I was so so angry. Even today you advertise 25% Discount off of full price merchandise, when you get to the checkout you are not allowed. Adidas should not be on your site if they don't honour the agreed discount.
