No refund and no news for 2 weeks

Ordered an item on 11/5. Took them 5 days just to process my order. No email confirmation of order except shipping confirmation from Yodel on 16/5. The ordered item turned out was too big. Made the return on 19/5 and now it’s almost two weeks since I’ve returned my order. Yodel tracking shows that it was returned. No refund and AGAIN no confirmation email whatsoever. You’re never gonna know what’s going on with your order and return. Avoid at all cost.

Can’t return faulty items without charge

Ordered 2-pack knit cardigan for my daughter. One came with TWO HOLES in one of its sleeves. Wanted to return since it’s their fault but will still be charged £2.99. Ridiculous. Will never buy from them again

Wrong size and stains

Ordered a shirt in size S and a size M came, it was an oversized shirt so a larger size means it was too HUGE. Wrote a complaint and was asked to return the shirt. Before returning I went back to their website to see whether I could order another size S but the shirt is sold out. I read customers complaining about not getting a refund after returning their items so I am now in doubt whether I should keep an unwanted item or return it with a risk of losing both the item and my money. Within the same order I had bought a cardigan and it has stains on one of the sleeves, faint but still visible. I also had placed a separate order but am still waiting for it to come, just hoping they won’t mess up this time. Will update when it arrives.

Would've given ZERO star

Would've given ZERO star. I should have read the reviews before ordering online. Package never came, ups tracking says multiple delivery attempts made but no one really came! No infonotice either which means they lied about attempting. I kept saying that I have been home these 2 weeks when the supposed delivery attempts were made but no one came! RL just replied with templates saying that ups have attempted but I was never there. Feels like we're going in circles! Package was eventually automatically returned to sender and cs said they will issue a refund. Based on the comments here I should not be expecting my money back in weeks or even months! Or who knows if they will really do the refund. Complete waste of money, time, and energy! run buyers!

All products sent are nearly expired foods

Bought 28 boxes of cake bars at the end of October. First, it was not delivered to my address and abandoned in the communal areas. Found my package opened and some of the items missing. Called them to make a complaint and never received any response. To add to these horrors, all those 20++ boxes they sent me are expired by the end of this November. I bought in bulk to save up the cost of shipping and thinking I could stock the items for at least several months. Yet they sent all of the near expired products to me. They’re basically throwing all of the leftovers away to a paying customer. Had they displayed these items on their offline stores, nobody, and I say it again, nobody is going to buy them in bulk! Knowing that the cake bars won’t last longer than a couple of weeks. They sell these near rotten items online and turn a blind eye on anyone who buys them. How the heck am I supposed to eat all of these cake bars by the end of this month? Never ever ever gonna shop from them again, online and offline. Bye, Felicia!

The delivery man didn’t even bother to…

The delivery man didn’t even bother to deliver my package to my doorstep. My flat is in the 2nd floor and He abandoned my package in the Ground Floor! Which is a communal area and anybody can get their hands on my package! Technically this means he didn’t deliver the package to the right destination. Worst delivery ever
