All round bad service. They barely refund anything and hold you to strange timelines. Recommend Barkibu or another service.

Worst ride app out there. Literally any of the others is better, try Lyft or Bolt. Customer service is terrible with Uber, no respect and no help at all. Zero help when needed, rude staff, disrespectful.

Terrible service from the Rappi team. Not responsive or fair when there are issues with orders.

Terrible customer service. Extremely unfair treatment. The delivery person never showed up yet the charged me in full for the order.

My card was blocked while traveling for no reason, other than the fact I tried to do several transactions. I called, confirmed my identity and asked for my card to be unblocked as I was travelling and needed access to my card. And they would not help me. Will definitely be getting a different account with a better bank.
