So I was lucky enough to get a popcorn…

So I was lucky enough to get a popcorn slab through a voxi promotion. Have to say I have always hated sweet popcorn, im a salted or butter popcorn girl. I received a salted caramel popcorn slab and it was amazing!!! I would definitely purchase again and try some other flavours of thier popcorn!

Ordered 4 items in black friday sale. Returned them all but they are only refunding 3 items. Cant seem to get a response either.

Can never fault this company. Always delivered on time. Can change subscription at ease. Also has definitely helped my bloating and brain fog. Been using it for 2 years now.

Would also give 0/5 if i could

Would also give 0/5 if i could, never got my order,have e.ailed asking for a tracking number or update 4 times. No reply. Don't waste your time ordering from here.

Edit...if you know you've shipped it twice you shouldn't need me to tell you my order number as you obviously already have it to know this information? You've never replied to any of my emails so how did I know you reshipped it? Do you have any tracking numbers to say that it arrived as the tracking number on my order never worked?

The staff are lovely and all really…

The staff are lovely and all really helpful in store and the staff I have spoke to regarding my issue on the phone. My furniture arrived damaged 3 pieces out of 5 and now today the replacements arrived and they have arrived in a worse state than the furniture I already have. I wish I could post photos to show the damage. Do these things not get inspected before they leave the warehouse? The top on one was on completely squint, it was chipped and coming apart. I waited 6 weeks for these replacements. Who knows how long I will wait now.

Useless

Sent me the wrong product, 1st person I spoke to just wanted me to send it back with no refund for the products I actually ordered, second person passed it on to senior colleagues and third said the delivery company delivered it. I know that as I'm a week on with some mens clothes I don't want. Now I've got to send it back and hope I get refunded as when a man's hoodie turns up to the refund department I'm sure they are going think its supposed to be womens grey joggers and not refund me. Let's see what happens. I've given up hope. Maybe I should sell it on vinted instead.

Stay clear!!!!! Don't order from here!!!!!

Replied to a query I had via email within a day but now my parcel has gone missing and I have sent multiple emails and messages and I've never heard from them again. Needed the dress for a wedding on Saturday which will never happen now. Absolute waste of time. First and last time using. I did read these comments and decided to order anyway. I am The stupid one really, should have paid attention to all the bad reviews.
