Lotus Lover

Shana from Chancellors is our property manager and she has been working on our case doing her best to get issues with our flat sorted.
We feel like she is on our side and all of the staff there have been quite helpful to us throughout our tenancy so far.

The experience was great because of many reasons.
Amelia from customer services was lovely to speak with and manage delivery details and selecting the leather type etc.
The delivery guys were professional and it was as if the sofa appeared in the living room without any hassle at the correct time.
The sofa came before Christmas as promised. Also equally important, the sofa is a joy. Hope it will last well.

Deliveries are always on time. What's not to love.

I like the skirt. I also like the coat. I'm returning the two dresses because they do not suit me. But I rated two stars because all the clothes arrived creased and crammed in to a small parcel. I can iron the skirt easily, however the coat is hard work and now I have to pay to get it dry-cleaned and un-crumpled. Not a good experience at all.
