I was struggling to find part locally but easier down South. Call handler was helpful with details & pictures. Delivery was very fast & driver was very helpful. Had 1 slight issue but was resolved with no hassle. I’d recommend & happily use again.

Not the best water bottle for price. Disappointed with product. Expected more of a scent to compliment water.
Had plans to buy quite a few more for family but change of plans now
